On December 13, 2024, CONSINEE Group Chairman and President Xue Jingli was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the fourth session of the Notus Leadership Forum at Ningbo Nottingham University, where he shared his insights with college students and business representatives on how traditional manufacturing industries can revitalize in the new era. During the sharing session, Mr. Xue, as the theme of "adapting to the times, changing thinking, creating the future", used his true feelings to share with everyone the transformation process of Kangseni Group from its establishment in 1999 to becoming a manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprise and the only Asian enterprise invited to participate in the Italian luxury textile alliance PITTI FILATI. He stressed that the traditional manufacturing industry is not a sunset industry, and that it can achieve a transformation from a follower to a leader with innovative power. "Through our cooperation with German Siemens, we successfully built a future factory, driving the textile industry towards intelligent and digitalization, and achieving a leap from 'traditional manufacturing' to 'technology-driven'. "
At the same time, Mr. Xue also discussed with everyone the opportunities and challenges brought about by the rapid changes in the digital age, hoping that young people could adapt to this era and have a broader international perspective. They should listen to the sound of rain, wind, and reading, and also be concerned about household affairs, national affairs, and world affairs.
